How to choose your bracelet

Construction and fit

An adjustable bracelet lets you vary the fit using its fastening system. A multi-row design takes up more space on the wrist and creates a more prominent look. Look at the size of the pearls, the width of the design and the worn photographs to picture how the piece will sit. For an anklet, choose a design intended for the ankle and follow its measuring instructions.

Measuring your wrist

Use a flexible measuring tape around your wrist where you want to wear the bracelet. If the product page asks for your wrist circumference, provide this measurement, rather than the length of a bracelet laid flat. Then follow the design’s sizing instructions. If you are unsure between two measurements, ask us for advice before ordering.

Materials that suit your habits

Rolled and braided leather have different appearances. Cord and metal bracelets each have their own fit and care characteristics. Start with the design you like, then read the “Caring for Your Jewelry” section: the precautions depend on the materials in the piece and may vary with your chosen options.

Pearl size and arrangement change how prominent a bracelet looks on the wrist. Some designs bring together different pearl types or combine pearls with gemstones. Compare the composition with the options on the product page: an available colour option does not mean that all shades appear together in the same bracelet.
