About the Materials

Labradorite reflections vary in intensity with the angle of the light. The baroque pearls retain their natural outlines. Depending on the color selected, they are Tahitian, freshwater or South Sea cultured pearls. The kangaroo leather is hand-rolled by our team.

After wearing, gently wipe the jewelry with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid perfume, household cleaners, impacts and friction. Remove it for showering, swimming, sport and sleep. After accidental contact with moisture, let it dry naturally away from heat, then store it separately.

Will the labradorite always show the same reflections?

No. Reflections appear differently with the lighting and orientation of the stone. Their colors and distribution can also vary between labradorites.

Which pearl colors cost extra?

Green Tahitian pearls and South Sea pearls add €100. Purple freshwater pearls add €50. The other listed colors are included in the base price.

How do I choose the fit?

Select the recipient, estimate the neck size and choose a close, classic or long fit. The adjustable construction then lets you position the necklace as you wish.

Will the materials be identical to the photographs?

The design and chosen options are respected. Natural materials may vary slightly in shade, reflections and outline. Other jewelry shown in styling photographs is not included.

Can I return my jewelry for a refund?

Yes. Your satisfaction is our priority: we accept returns of all our jewelry, including personalized pieces. If your jewelry is not right for you, contact us with your order number to arrange its return and your refund.

When will my order be shipped?

We usually prepare your order within 3 days, excluding Saturdays and Sundays. We do our best to shorten this time: depending on the preparation required, some orders may be dispatched as early as the following day. Transit time is additional.

How long does delivery take?

For standard shipping with La Poste, please allow approximately 10 to 20 days in transit after dispatch, in addition to preparation time. If your order is for a gift or an event on a specific date, contact us before ordering to check the delivery options.

Will I have to pay any fees on delivery?

For delivery in France, the €10 standard shipping option involves no additional fees on arrival. With Chronopost or FedEx, you may be asked to pay customs clearance fees. These are generally around €20; this is an estimate and the amount may vary.

Yes. We accept jewelry for any necessary adjustments and also assess requests for repairs or restoration. Contact us with a description of the adjustment or issue, including photos if possible. We will explain the available options and return arrangements.

We have not encountered this situation to date. If your jewelry nevertheless arrives damaged or has a problem, contact us with your order number and, if possible, photos of the jewelry and parcel. We will review the situation with you and offer an appropriate solution. Your satisfaction remains our priority.

To check the progress of your shipment, contact us with your order number. If the stated delivery time has passed, we will look into the situation and help you follow up on your parcel.
