About the Materials

BC-quality cultured pearls have a few slight imperfections and beautiful luster. They are offered in several colors, diameters and shapes. Each Flower setting is set with one diamond. The setting and butterfly backs are in 14K gold – 585/1000.

Caring for Your Jewelry

After wearing, gently wipe the materials with a soft, dry cloth. Remove the piece for showering, swimming, sport and sleep. Avoid perfumes, household cleaners, impacts and friction, then store it separately.

How many diamonds are set on the pair?

Each Flower setting carries one diamond, for a total of two diamonds across the pair.

Which pearls can I choose?

Choose their color, diameter and shape from the options. Any applicable supplement is displayed directly.

Which version corresponds to the base price?

The €975 price corresponds to one pair with 8.5 mm BC-quality pearls. Larger diameters display their supplement in the selector.

What is the difference between a semi-round and a drop-shaped pearl?

A semi-round pearl offers a more regular volume; a drop shape lengthens the line below the flower. Both shapes are offered without a shape supplement.

What is the closure?

The pair is secured with 14K gold – 585/1000 butterfly backs.

Will the pearls be exactly identical to the photos?

We select two harmonious pearls according to your options. Their natural shades and outlines may vary slightly.

Can I return my jewelry for a refund?

Yes. Your satisfaction is our priority: we accept returns of all our jewelry, including personalized pieces. If your jewelry is not right for you, contact us with your order number to arrange its return and your refund.

When will my order be shipped?

We usually prepare your order within 3 days, excluding Saturdays and Sundays. We do our best to shorten this time: depending on the preparation required, some orders may be dispatched as early as the following day. Transit time is additional.

How long does delivery take?

For standard shipping with La Poste, please allow approximately 10 to 20 days in transit after dispatch, in addition to preparation time. If your order is for a gift or an event on a specific date, contact us before ordering to check the delivery options.

Will I have to pay any fees on delivery?

For delivery in France, the €10 standard shipping option involves no additional fees on arrival. With Chronopost or FedEx, you may be asked to pay customs clearance fees. These are generally around €20; this is an estimate and the amount may vary.

Can my jewelry be adjusted or repaired?

Yes. We accept jewelry for any necessary adjustments and also assess requests for repairs or restoration. Contact us with a description of the adjustment or issue, including photos if possible. We will explain the available options and return arrangements.

What should I do if my jewelry arrives damaged or has a problem?

We have not encountered this situation to date. If your jewelry nevertheless arrives damaged or has a problem, contact us with your order number and, if possible, photos of the jewelry and parcel. We will review the situation with you and offer an appropriate solution. Your satisfaction remains our priority.

How can I track my parcel or report a delay?

To check the progress of your shipment, contact us with your order number. If the stated delivery time has passed, we will look into the situation and help you follow up on your parcel.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Depending on the preparation or shipping stage, we will explain which changes or cancellation options are still available. If your jewelry has already been shipped, we will help you arrange a return if you wish.
