About the Materials

The setting is 14K gold. Depending on the selected color, the pearls are Tahitian, freshwater or South Sea cultured pearls. Their shades may vary slightly from one pair to another.

Caring for Your Jewelry

After wearing, gently wipe the pearls and gold with a soft, dry cloth before storage. Perspiration, cosmetics and other deposits can affect the materials over time, even inside the jewelry box. Remove the piece for showering, swimming, sport and sleep. Avoid perfumes, household cleaners, impacts and friction. Let it dry naturally if damp, then store it separately.

How is the price calculated for my choices?

The starting price is €895 for dark Tahitian pearls of 8.5 mm, preselected at no extra charge. Diameter and color supplements are added together: green Tahitian +€200, South Sea +€100 and purple pearls +€50. Other displayed colors have no extra charge.

Do the photographed pearls define my order?

The photos show several shades and sizes. Your selected options determine the composition of your pair.

Will I receive exactly the jewelry shown?

The composition follows the design and your options. Natural materials may vary slightly in reflections and outline. Other jewelry shown in styling combinations is not included.

What should I do before storing my jewelry?

Gently wipe the materials with a soft, dry cloth to remove perspiration and cosmetics. These deposits can affect them even inside the box. Wait until the piece is dry and store it separately from other jewelry.

Can I choose the pearl shape?

Yes. Choose semi-round or drop-shaped pearls, with no extra charge for the shape. Semi-round pearls are preselected; your choice applies to the pair.

Can I return my jewelry for a refund?

Yes. Your satisfaction is our priority: we accept returns of all our jewelry, including personalized pieces. If your jewelry is not right for you, contact us with your order number to arrange its return and your refund.

When will my order be shipped?

We usually prepare your order within 3 days, excluding Saturdays and Sundays. We do our best to shorten this time: depending on the preparation required, some orders may be dispatched as early as the following day. Transit time is additional.

How long does delivery take?

For standard shipping with La Poste, please allow approximately 10 to 20 days in transit after dispatch, in addition to preparation time. If your order is for a gift or an event on a specific date, contact us before ordering to check the delivery options.

Will I have to pay any fees on delivery?

For delivery in France, the €10 standard shipping option involves no additional fees on arrival. With Chronopost or FedEx, you may be asked to pay customs clearance fees. These are generally around €20; this is an estimate and the amount may vary.

Can my jewelry be adjusted or repaired?

Yes. We accept jewelry for any necessary adjustments and also assess requests for repairs or restoration. Contact us with a description of the adjustment or issue, including photos if possible. We will explain the available options and return arrangements.

What should I do if my jewelry arrives damaged or has a problem?

We have not encountered this situation to date. If your jewelry nevertheless arrives damaged or has a problem, contact us with your order number and, if possible, photos of the jewelry and parcel. We will review the situation with you and offer an appropriate solution. Your satisfaction remains our priority.

How can I track my parcel or report a delay?

To check the progress of your shipment, contact us with your order number. If the stated delivery time has passed, we will look into the situation and help you follow up on your parcel.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Depending on the preparation or shipping stage, we will explain which changes or cancellation options are still available. If your jewelry has already been shipped, we will help you arrange a return if you wish.

You can pay by credit or debit card or PayPal, depending on the options offered at checkout.
