To preserve your jewelry for longer, we recommend removing it before showering, swimming, exercise and sleep. Apply perfume and cosmetics before putting it on, and let them dry. Limit contact with household products and avoid repeated friction.

Silver can tarnish on contact with certain compounds in the air, even when jewelry is not worn. To restore the shine of the silver parts, gently use a special silver polishing cloth, following its instructions. Store the jewelry separately in a dry place.

Protect the stones and natural elements from knocks, direct heat and cleaning products. Do not use an ultrasonic or steam cleaner; these methods are not suitable for all materials, treatments or settings.

How should I choose my ring size?

Have the finger on which you will wear the ring measured if you do not know your size. Use the sizing system shown in the options, rather than converting another size approximately.

Why can silver darken even when I am not wearing my jewelry?

Silver can react with certain compounds in the air, particularly sulfur compounds, forming a thin dark surface layer. This tarnishing, often called oxidation in everyday language, can occur even in a display case or when jewelry is not worn. Humidity can accelerate it, but is not the only cause. A special silver polishing cloth can generally restore the shine of the silver parts.

Can I restore my pearls’ shine with a polishing cloth?

Yes, provided you choose a cloth explicitly suitable for pearls and follow its instructions. Wipe their surface gently to remove deposits that can dull their shine. On some cloths, only the finishing side is suitable for pearls. The label “Silver polishing cloth” alone does not guarantee that its treated side is suitable for nacre. A soft, clean, dry cloth remains a good choice for everyday wiping.
